  • Introduction

The issue of environmental hazard is mostly and popularly traced to pollution issues. The increased pollution problems of the environment need adequate management and control, and ranges from solid waste, sewage waste, fossil fuel, greenhouse gas effect, air pollution, water and aquifer pollution including water related diseases. The management of wastes and other pollutants are such that requires refuse collection, transportation, disposal, treatment, recycling and quality control. For preservation and maintaining a stable and habitable environment, management in this direction calls for multidisplinary research attention and requires huge financial involvement.
